  • Strong customer service orientation, with demonstrated client/end-user facing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Very personable individual
  • Ability to work unsupervised and know when to ask for help and support
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound and logical judgments
