About you

The role

Associate Consultants play an integral role in delivering exceptional quality work to clients. You will be expected to support our market leading proprietary approaches to brand strategy, however you will also be involved in the development and delivery of bespoke solutions across a spectrum of therapeutic and client challenges. Your time will be spent working with and supported by colleagues in matrix teams.
You will be expected to quickly assimilate data and be able to confidently communicate key business challenges across a range of therapies, markets and companies. As part of the team, you will help lead clients through a critical thinking process that provides solutions which deliver exceptional business results

The role requires a balanced ability to

Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, with a range of stakeholders
• Conduct research on markets, diseases, products and competitors
• Perform rigorous analysis to distil and identify valuable insight
• Think quickly, ‘in the moment’ and clearly guide others through their thinking


Has a degree – preferably in biological sciences or similar, or in business (a PhD or MBA is desirable)
• Strong analytical skills, a problem solving mind-set and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good organizational/project management skills
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and a number of therapy areas
• 3+ years of relevant work experience – candidates with pharma or biotech industry and consulting experience will take priority
• Experience working on autonomous assignments as well as within cross-functional/matrix project teams
