Cello Health BioConsulting is in a period of growth and expansion and is currently seeking to add an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support business development and marketing activities as the organization prepares for and promotes its attendance, presentations and engagements at key biopharma industry conferences and meetings, and on expert panels, and for release of its authored thought papers and posts. This position is based in our Florham Park, NJ office (Greater New York Metro Area); however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
The Marketing Coordinator, under the direction of the VP Business Development, will be responsible for initiating, developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns and materials; identifying and qualifying new target clients; tracking website “clicks” and other data to quantify marketing impact; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning and promoting meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports; liaising with Cello Health for sales and marketing coordination; maintaining website with up-to-date, accurate and user-friendly content; and other business development and marketing duties as assigned by the VP Business Development.
Since the coordinator will develop and publicly distribute and post promotional material, the ability to design and format visually appealing and clear promotional materials, understanding the target audience and company objectives, and employing exquisite attention to detail and quality control, is essential.
The coordinator will schedule meetings and calls between leaders in Cello Health Bio Consulting’s business consulting team and prospective clients/leads/key opinion leaders (KOLs)/experts. The coordinator will handle a high-volume of outbound and inbound calls and email correspondence as they network/negotiate with prospective clients and their representatives to identify and schedule times and locations for the meetings.
The coordinator will also manage multiple scheduling databases, so accuracy and attention to detail is critical. As there are often many changes with schedules, the coordinator must be able to prioritize and pivot to stay on track. For this scheduling and other administrative support tasks emanating from the business development and marketing role, the coordinator will receive direction from the Executive Assistant and various leaders within the company.
