I joined Cello Health Consulting in March 2013. At that time it was a big decision to leave the industry and move into consulting – my last job had been VP Marketing at Pfizer with responsibility for the cardiovascular portfolio in Europe, and a team of about 80 people. A move to consulting represented a significant change in direction. Since 2013 I have mostly worked on strategy and planning projects for both in line and launch products. The work has been diverse, one day running a workshop on organizational vision, the next developing scenarios to address different market futures. Clients have some very tough challenges and it’s been personally satisfying to be able to add value based on what I learnt in the industry. Since 2013 I’ve been pleased to progress to the position of SVP so I’m pleased it’s worked out okay! Importantly during the time I have been here we have made real progress in the development of our team, the quality of work we deliver and the range of work we do- and continue to do so
