We developed the ‘What if, What now?’ campaign to support the rare disease community in moving towards a future with improved outcomes for patients.

Convened and gained support from a steering group of 15 leading clinical and patient group representatives
Implemented survey of over 200 HCPs to assess unmet needs in a rare disease
Educational audit of all patient resources/materials offered across Europe (in collaboration with the steering group)
Development of educational content including videos, posters, and leaflets on TFR with ambition to translate into local language for dissemination across Europe
Development of consensus publication on standards of care and patient-physician conversation guides
