Erica F True

I joined Cello Health in 2019 following 25 years in positions of increasing responsibilities for Pfizer, Merck and Forest Laboratories (now Allergan/Abbvie) in Strategy, Business Development, Planning and Operations.  As a Senior Vice President with Cello Health Advantage, I have the opportunity to leverage this experience by guiding biopharma clients through tough problems, many of which I have experienced before, and create value through insightful, actionable recommendations.

Cello is an ideal fit because of its commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative services. Cello values my years of experience, fosters creative thinking and new ideas, encourages collaboration and sharing ideas across the company, and understands the value of diverse backgrounds, experiences and abilities in its workforce.

When I’m not working, I enjoy running (I ran the New York Marathon for the 3rd time in Nov 2019, raising money for cancer research), hiking, skiing, food and wine.

I made the right choice in joining Cello Health and plan to be here for many years to come.
