I have been working here at Cello for 2 years now and although my role may sound quite transactional on paper, the actual work I get involved with is quite dynamic and interesting. There are always opportunities to learn and take on more and support is always available when required. It is motivating to work within a team who are all excited about they do.
The company has a great ethos overall, staff are very friendly and are known to come to work with a positive working attitude. Employee opinions and feedback is always encouraged enabling the company to constantly find ways to further improve the work life balance of staff while maintaining productivity levels.
